Ministers

Chuck Forsythe is our pulpit minister and a former missionary to Hong Kong. Upon returning to the United States, Chuck preached in Oklahoma before became our minister 2001. Chuck is a graduate of East Tennessee School of Preaching and Missions. In addition to preaching, Chuck leads Bible studies in two nearby nursing homes, teaches classes, and counsels members upon request. Chuck is also the Scoutmaster for Boy Scout Troop 42 in Beavercreek, Scoutmaster for National Youth Leadership Training, and serves on the Tecumseh Council's training staff. Grant Knisley is our youth minister and webmaster. He also serves on the planning board for Fallfest Cincinnati. Grant first came to us in 1995 as a volunteer in the youth ministry. Then, as he was pursuing an education in music, he changed his plans to ministry. Grant finished two degrees in music from Sinclair College and Wright State University while volunteering with the youth group. In 1998, he moved to Arkansas and completed a bachelor of theology in 2000 from Harding University. Grant then earned a master's degree in youth and family ministry from Harding Graduate School of Religion. After graduating in 2002 and spending two years in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, Grant came back to Xenia to become our youth ministry. E-mail Grant at grant@xeniachurch.org.
