Our teen ministry is organized
under a set of biblical goals so
that it is rooted in God's Word. The
goals are worship, ministry,
evangelism, fellowship, and
discipleship. These goals are
evidenced in the ministry of Jesus
and given as instruction in the
first and second commands as well as
the Great Commission:
- Worship - love the Lord your
God with all your heart.
- Ministry - love your
neighbor as yourself.
- Evangelism - go and make
disciples.
- Fellowship - baptize them
into the faith.
- Discipleship - teach them to
obey everything I have commanded
you.
The pursuit of these goals is
sought through weekly meetings and
various annual events. Our weekly
meetings consist of Teen Small
Groups for both Middle School and
High School, Sunday morning Bible
classes, and Wednesday evening
sessions.
Our annual events offer a unique
opportunity for teens to get our of
their normal routines and experience
a renewal of faith. Some of the
events included are the 30 Hour
Famine, Bible Bowl, Fallfest, Fort
Hill Christian Camp, Initiation, Mission trips,
Lock-ins, the Senior Roast, VBS,
and Winterfest.
