Day 1 | Nov. 27| Ask God to prepare our hearts to hear his story.
Day 2 | Nov. 28 | Pray for those who will be telling The Story.
Day 3 | Nov. 29 | Praise God for speaking to us through the Bible.
Day 4 | Nov. 30 | Ask the Lord for guidance as we seek him.
Day 5 | Dec. 1 | Thank God for our small group leaders.
Day 6 | Dec. 2 | Pray that we will be led to truth, freedom, and hope.
Day 7| Dec. 3 | Confess our lack of attention to his word.
Day 8 | Dec. 4 | Pray for our friends and family as we share God's story with them.
Day 9 | Dec. 5 | Pray for spiritual growth in our church.
Day 10 | Dec. 6 | Ask God to bless our children as they learn of his love for them.
Day 11 | Dec. 7 | Thank the Lord that his written word is so accessible to us.
Day 12 | Dec. 8 | Pray that we will be challenged by each week's message.
Day 13 | Dec. 9 | Praise God for Jesus Christ, the ultimate expression of his love.
Day 14 | Dec. 10 | Ask God for wisdom as we apply his story to our own life story.
Day 15 | Dec. 11 | Thank God for those who prepared the materials for our study.
Day 16 | Dec. 12 | Praise God who guides us.
Day 17 | Dec. 13 | Pray for families as they experience The Story of the Bible together.
Day 18 | Dec. 14 | Pray for conviction of sin in our lives and willingness to repent.
Day 19 | Dec. 15 | Ask God to protect our minds from distractions.
Day 20 | Dec. 16 | Ask God to be our voice as we share our testimony.
Day 21 | Dec. 17 | Praise God for the grace he has extended to his people.
Day 22 | Dec. 18 | Pray for salvation for those who have not yet taken that step.
Day 23 | Dec. 19 | Pray for physical protection of leaders and participants.
Day 24 | Dec. 20 | Pray that each participant would sense God's presence.
Day 25 | Dec. 21 | Pray God's blessings be upon those who lead and serve.
Day 26 | Dec. 22 | Pray that we will respond to God with praise.
Day 27 | Dec. 23 | Pray that we will hunger and thirst for spiritual transformation.
Day 28 | Dec. 24 | Pray that we would experience deeper relationships.
Day 29 | Dec. 25 | Ask God to lead us to neighbors who need Jesus.
Day 30 | Dec. 26 | Pray that God will bring groups together to share The Story.
Day 31 | Dec. 27 | Ask God for spiritual protection for our leaders and participants.
Day 32 | Dec. 28 | Pray for a renewed desire to pursue spiritual habits.
Day 33 | Dec. 29 | Pray for each person to have a servant's heart.
Day 34 | Dec. 30 | Praise God for the hearts that will be changed by this study.
Day 35 | Dec. 31 | Ask God to powerfully use The Story to impact our community.
Day 36 | Jan. 1 | Pray that our love of God will grow.
Day 37 | Jan. 2 | Ask God to maintain unity among leaders and participants.
Day 38 | Jan. 3 | Pray for lasting, eternal fruit.
Day 39 | Jan. 4 | Pray that guests to our church will be warmly welcomed.
Day 40 | Jan. 5 | Pray that The Story will be a defining experience in our church's journey.
