September 28, 2011

See You at the Pole is Wednesday, September 28, 2011. It is a student-initiated, student-organized, and student-led prayer event. It is a global day of prayer at your school's flagpole before school begins. The theme for 2011 is "Converge," which is based on Matthew 18:20: "Where two or three come together in my name, there I am with you."
SYATP began in 1990 as a grass roots movement with ten students praying at their school. Twenty years later, millions pray on their campuses on the fourth Wednesday in September. SYATP is simply a prayer rally where students meet at the school flagpole before school to lift up their friends, families, teachers, school, and nation to God.
Join the revolution! Plan your school SYATP event now. It doesn't take a lot to get it started at your school. It just takes one or two students deciding to make it happen.
