MidwestLTC is a leadership training program designed to stimulate and encourage spiritual, mental, and social growth among youth in grades 3-12. Its purpose is to help develop leadership skills and raise up leaders for the church. Students do not compete against each other, but instead are awarded gold, silver, or bronze awards based on their efforts.
Events
LTCoffers 29 different events for students. The events are divided into four categories: Pre-Convention, Display, Convention, and Challenge. Students may enter as many as they desire. Pre-convention events do not require students to go to the convention in Indianapolis.
